Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WuslaHQ (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

• You are responsible for the APIs you list, their availability, and their content.
• You grant WuslaHQ permission to proxy buyer requests to your API endpoint.
• You must have the right to offer the API and its data.

You agree to use purchased API access only as permitted by the seller’s plan and these terms, and not to abuse, resell, or exceed your rate limits in bad faith.

WuslaHQ charges a platform commission on paid transactions. Sellers receive the remainder. Payments are processed by third-party providers; payout timing and methods are described in your seller dashboard. Founding-seller promotional rates apply only for their stated period.

Refund eligibility depends on the seller’s policy and the payment method used. Contact us at hello@wuslahq.com for disputes.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or authentication.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WuslaHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or any third-party API listed on it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
